I have sub that already has a mono amp and I plan on getting components. Should I get a 2 channel amp or mulit channel for the components? I also have an alpine aftermarket head unit. the components I have can handle 75 watts rms.

An 80-100w 2 channel will work just fine.

Find whatever is cheapest. If you are into tinkering, a 4channel opens up the possibility of making your component set active. Just add an active Xover.

If you want to spend that kind of money, more power to you. There are amps of equal quality with more power for the price. :)

    Overhead is always a goodthing.
