2-a-days? Or 3?

  1. I have nothing to do for 2 weeks, no obligations...like NOTHING to do. I'm thinking just lift a lot. Anyone have a good workout plan for 2 a days?

    Currently this is what I'm doing:

    Day 1: Flat Bench, Incline DB Press, Decline Bench, Dips, Skull crushers, tri pushdown, abs.

    Day 2: Typical back/bi workouts. Abs.

    Day 3: Cardio. Mountain biking, running, stairs, whatever I feel like.

    Rinse and repeat usually twice a week.

    Should I just like do a Day __ and then come back later in the day and do it again? Or is that not productive? Workout with lighter weight as I get too tired to do my maxes?

    your body grows outside the gym, remember that. give it rest if you want to make gains.

    also, get on real routine. yours is complete shit.

    cardio fora morning session then lift in the evening.

  9. I do shoulders on back/bi day unless they are very sore from chest day.

    As for legs if I do stairs (at the gym), I'll do calf raises (seated/standing), leg press, and squats. On back day I also do deadlifts which is kind of legs.

    I prefer to do a sport for legs though if I can as it makes it more fun. I've been mountain biking a lot recently which is a bitch but fun. And by mountain biking I mean mountain climbinb for the most part...like 1-1.5 hours climbing for like a 10 minute downhill. The downhill makes it all worth it though. Mobbing down the side of a mountain on a narrow trail with a cliff to your side is always a rush.
