    - My straight-bar BB curls are significantly weaker (like 20lbs) than my EZC curls. Weak wrists maybe?
    - Tate press = teh pwn. Slotted them in two weeks ago, love them.

    squats - still weak and sore from mondays squats
    db rows - i never get sore from these, maybe i need to up the weight
    incline bench
    tricep exts

    Just got back... first time ever working out this late so I kept yawning and wasn't quite used to it being so empty and desolate.

    I could have easily done all the sets I failed to get to five but no spotter, nobody in gym + ?spotter bars? conveniently missing = skurd
