    DB Flat Bench
    90lb x 8 reps x 2 sets
    95lb x 4 reps x 1 set
    80lb x 7 reps x 1 set

    Seated db Overhead Tricep Extensions
    70lb x 6 reps x 3 sets

    DB flat fly's
    40lb x 8 reps x 1 set
    45lb x 8 reps x 1 set
    50lb x 8 reps x 1 set (almost killed myself, leaned to far to the left...and almost fell over on the last rep)

    db CG bench
    80lb x 6 reps x 2 sets

    Single arm pushdowns
    30lb x 8 reps x 2 sets
    40lb x 6 reps x 2 sets

    reverse grip single arm pulldowns
    30lb x 8 reps x 2 sets
    40lb x 5 reps x 2 sets

    Total work-out time: 55 minutes

    Comments- Squat form is coming together, though I still feel I have too much involvement with my lower back. Looking up is helping dramatically.

    Him: Oh... I thought it might be Krush.
    Me: Nah, just gatorade.
    Him: I'm gonna start taking Krush so I can work Chest and Arms twice a week.
    Me: Good... good. :ugh2:

    Pretty messed up workout... it was all over the place. I worked on the single arm pullups again today because of Ceaze's post in the Back width/ thickness thread. Plan to do it 3 times a week, then 2 times a week...then once a week. Rinse and repeat.

    Mediocre workout. Was abit of a social butterfly today. Nor did I feel like pushing myself on the squats. Should probably have stayed home. Only reason I went in the first place was to buy groceries on the way home.
