    bb bench 95x10 135x8 155x8 185x5 new pr..older guy spotting me was impressed :holla:

    got up to 70x5 on db incline on second to last set

    tried to do the 75s..wouldnt move :wtc: oh well ill get em next time

    db flies 40x6
    pec deck 220x6


    then some ab stuff..i started doing hanging leg raises without the arm holders, i like them much better

    rest day, but i'm considering going to the gym to work out a deal for 6-7 month membership. Theyre all commercial about it though so they don't work deals outside of what their damned print outs say. :wtc:

    edit: and oh yeah, roughly 2-3 hours at a school dance... :wtc::o

    Oh, NoXeN, how do you only BB bench 185x5 but move 220x6 on the pec deck?

    since my shoulder has finally healed up im gettin more back into bb bench, so its a bit behind

    You and I are (sadly for me) at about the same place in BB bench, and I pec deck much less than you do. Like.. 2 times less almost.

    well ive been doing pec deck on and off since i started working out (even through my shoulder injuries)

    but youve been working out half as long as i have, by the time uve worked out for a year and half your #s will be double mine, trust me lol

    EDIT: does anyone else have extreme shoulder and upper back soreness after squats? It is like i hammered the shit out of these muscles?:hs:

    everything is steadily increasing :naughty:

    only time my shoulders get sore after squats is when my hand placement on the bar is too narrow. For some reason, that aggrevates my left shoulder
