you could surely attempt it. it is best to open the file and look at the dimensions in inches to give you a better idea.

a lot of the prints are driven off of aspect ratio. the best prints are 1.25:1 or 1.50:1. 1600x1200 is only 1.33:1 (take the largest dimension and divide by the smaller to calculate aspect ratio).

here is a helpful chart for you:

Resolution - Mininum - Recommended - Aspect Ratio
    3.5x5 - 700x1000 - 1050x1500 - 1.43:1
    4x5 - 800x1000 - 1200x1500 - 1.25:1
    4x6 - 800x1200 - 1200x1800 - 1.50:1
    5x7 - 1000x1400 - 1500x2100 - 1.40:1
    8x10 - 1600x2000 - 2400x3000 - 1.25:1
    8x12 - 1600x2400 - 2400x3600 - 1.50:1
    11x14 - 2200x2800 - 3300x4200 - 1.27:1
    10x15 - 2000x3000 - 3000x4500 - 1.50:1
    16x20 - 3200x4000 - 4800x6000 - 1.25:1
    16x24 - 3200x4800 - 4800x7200 - 1.50:1
    18x24 - 3600x4800 - 5400x7200 - 1.33:1
    20x24 - 4000x4800 - 6000x7200 - 1.20:1
    20x30 - 4000x6000 - 6000x9000 - 1.50:1
