1600x1200 resolution enough for full sheet printing?
you could surely attempt it. it is best to open the file and look at the dimensions in inches to give you a better idea.
a lot of the prints are driven off of aspect ratio. the best prints are 1.25:1 or 1.50:1. 1600x1200 is only 1.33:1 (take the largest dimension and divide by the smaller to calculate aspect ratio).
here is a helpful chart for you:

3.5x5 - 700x1000 - 1050x1500 - 1.43:1
4x5 - 800x1000 - 1200x1500 - 1.25:1
4x6 - 800x1200 - 1200x1800 - 1.50:1
