Thats me in 2001 - at 270 lbs or so - I maxed out at about 295 about 6 months before those pictures were taken

Me on new years eve this year

Im currently at 197 lbs and 21.5% body fat (6ft 2 1/2 in tall)

Im in Atlanta for 11 weeks staying with parents before backpacking Europe - Goal is to get to around 15% body fat and between 180-185 lbs in that time.

I didnt follow any routine tonight - just spent 30 minutes on cardio and played around with the gyms machines to get a feel for what they had.

Im pretty pumped - I have nothing going on in my life right now other then planning my trip to Europe and a ton of free time to finally get my ass in shape :hsd:

Ive decided to follow the body for life program, mostly because its something I have started before and already have the materials for - no need to waste more time reading instead of doing (and the program all in all is pretty good ... minus the EAS ads all over the book)

Ill post pics of my flabbyness and results as time goes along. :noes: Wish me luck OT!

Its just scary how easy it is to forget how good it feels. Laziness is a strong beast...

I can't belive how good it feels to work out. I use to love cars and i would sit on my desk readin shit. Now i'm just all about lifting. Its amazing how it just takes you over and I just love it. I still can't say that i'm not lazy though.
