    the majority of these haven't been cropped yet, but will be cropped down to 8x10 when I go to print. Some have very little PP work, others have some toning done in LR.

    :cool: Great pictures. The soft lighting works so well with bebez. Do you have a studio in your home?

    Maybe it's just my monitor, #3 looks a little blown :dunno:

    New lighting ftw - Seems to make a huge difference over strobes.

    not exactly... these were shot at my inlaws house in a spare bedroom. When our house is finished I'll have a room... then in a year or two we're building a 20x40 building that will be used as a studio.

    it's a little on the high side, but it's not clipped.

    the light is sooo nice compared to using my strobist set up.... it's hard to explain, but the light is just so much nicer.....

    I'll admit - the strobist set up is nice for portability - but it can only do so much. There is a reason professionals studio photographers use real strobes - they work better. Each setup has its own pluses and minuses, but for quality of light, i'd say you cant beat real strobes.

    I like everything a lot except the light in #3 seems too bright. his face seems washed out. just a thought
