1st month progress

    Well today marks one month since my diet revamping and my new lifestyle.

    My diet consists of about 2400 calories in 5 meals spread throughout the day. I'm taking in about 43% protein 37% carbs and 20% fat. I'm drinking about a gallon of water per day.

    My workout schedule looks like this:

    M = Back Biceps
    T = HIIT Cardio
    W = Chest Triceps
    T = HIIT Cardio
    F = Legs Shoulders Abs
    S = Rest
    S = HIIT Cardio

    I met my 1st month's goal today. I started out at 200 lbs, and I now weigh 192. :wiggle:

    I'm loosing an average of 2lbs a week.

    I have about 26% bodyfat still, but I'm working my way down to 10%.

    My first big goal will be to reach 160, which will put me at 10% bodyfat. At this rate, I'll be there by March 2nd.

    I couldn't have done it without all your advice. Thanks Brolys! :)

    What do your meals look like? You might want to try bi/chest tri/back to give them a rest since working your chest already works the tris indirectly.

    Breakfast (Meal 1) = 16oz 1% milk, 2 scoops ON Whey

    Meal 2 = 3.5 oz Tuna, 2 tblsp Fat Free Miracle Whip, chopped onion, 2 slices whole wheat bread

    Meal 3 = 3.5 oz Tuna, 2 tblsp Fat Free Miracle Whip, chopped onion, 2 slices whole wheat bread

    Meal 4 = 16oz 2% milk, 2 scoops ON Whey, Banana

    Meal 5 = Small steak/Chicken Breast with Steamed veggies, depending on if I feel like cooking or not OR 16oz 1% milk, 2 scoops ON Whey, Banana

    I have yet to get tired of it.

    Oh wow man your breakfast sucks! Get maybe a slice of toast with natty pb and a banana in there. a protein shake is NEVER a meal:) truth

    When you sleep your body uses the glucose in your liver to power (mostly) the brain. When the liver runs out (around the time you wake up) your body has to start breaking down muscle into aminos and glucose to power your body (bad) bananas are an awesome source of glucose

    I've been using Creatine as well for this past month. I'm going to cut it out for the next month and see how it effects my body. Judging by how my body feels, I feel like the Creatine is making me hold tons of water.

    what kind are you taking? If its monohydrate it might do that.

    I was taking No-Xplode but I'm not sure if it's CMH or CEE.

    :uh: :uh: :uh: maybe you should look up what creatine does, it makes you hold water :hsugh:
