Well today marks one month since my diet revamping and my new lifestyle. My diet consists of about 2400 calories in 5 meals spread throughout the day. I'm taking in about 43% protein 37% carbs and 20% fat. I'm drinking about a gallon of water per day. My workout schedule looks like this: M = Back Biceps T = HIIT Cardio W = Chest Triceps T = HIIT Cardio F = Legs Shoulders Abs S = Rest S = HIIT Cardio I met my 1st month's goal today. I started out at 200 lbs, and I now weigh 192. I'm loosing an average of 2lbs a week. I have about 26% bodyfat still, but I'm working my way down to 10%. My first big goal will be to reach 160, which will put me at 10% bodyfat. At this rate, I'll be there by March 2nd. I couldn't have done it without all your advice. Thanks Brolys!
