    ½ cup oats 3g fat 150 cals 5g pro 27 carbs

    1 cup milk 5g fat 120 cals 8g pro 12 carbs

    17g fat 546 cals 49g pro 39 carbs



    Midmorning

    ½ cup Choc milk 2.5g fat 100 cals 4g pro 16 carbs

    1 cup milk 5g fat 120 cals 8g pro 12 carbs

    1 scoop ON 1.5g fat 110 cals 23g pro 3 carbs

    9g fat 330 cals 35g pro 31 carbs



    Lunch

    6 oz. chicken 3g fat 195 cals 39g pro 0 carbs

    You're packing a lot of sugar from all the milk, but other than that it looks pretty solid.

    The total calories would be a little high for me, but everyone is different.

    cals might be a bit high if you're trying to cut down quick....

    you dont need to drink so much milk, drink less, it shoudl bring your cals down around 1900. or you can get the carb countdown milk with more protein, no fat and 3g carbs.

    depends on goals, but since this is his first cutting cycle a moderate approach is best. Especially at his bodyfat, otherwise he's going to end up sacrificing a lot of lbm.

    fat could be a little higher, but there is NOTHING wrong with it otherwise. Really.
