My brother owns one & ever since he got it back from the shop, the alarm sensitivity must have been changed somehow. The damn thing goes off if I start my car or if some cars just drive by it.
Anyone know how to reset the alarm sensitivity back to the default setting?

    You must grow your mullet!!!!

Just kidding.... from the rear of the car open the hatch. Pull the spare tire cover, you will see the adjuster for the alarm sensitivy.

Take the passenger rear sail panel off. This is the plastic piece in the rear hatch area. You will see a small 2x2" rectangular box with a white dial near the wheel well. This is the shock mechanism. If it has come loose and is dangling around, first secure it to the inside wheel well with tape.

If the car still false alarms, then start turning down the sensitivity.

The sail panel is where the Woofers are, and either side of the back seat.

lol, just go to the spare tire compartment, that plastic piece that you take off with the speaker on it, well the alarm device is under that, black box with red light on it, adjust it.
