OK....so does anyone know of any preexisting holes in the firewall that i could use to run the power lines to an amp through ?

From my experience on foreign cars there is usually a rubber stopper type plug in the firewall. If you remove this, you can usually drill another hole through it and push your power wire through there. If not, it only takes a minute to drill a new hole through the metal firewall. Just make sure the hole you drill in the metal isn't overly big, and you put some kind of rubber or plastic over the wiring passing through the hole so it doesn't rub agains the metal edging. Also, use a window sealer or some type of sealer to seal the hole you just drilled.
