Shot this tonight while I was at home. The car is a 1972 240z with only 42,000 miles on her. My dad and I restored her back when I was in HS. The pping sucks on it, its so damn late. I'll fix it better when I get around to it.

    as for critique

you should have centered yourself better, the top of the hatch isn't even on both sides and is distracting

Take the left side of the photo and flip it horizontal onto the right side, might throw people for a loop for a sec when they see two steering wheels and make for a cool conversation starter/piece.

Generally speaking though, I was going to say what erotic pie said. I wouldn't call it distracting, but it's one of the small details that will take the photo up from "amateur" to "perfectionist", in a manner of speaking.

Yeah, i was shooting in complete darkness in my really cramped basement. I'll get more next time I'm home. I really just wanted to play around with my lighting stuff that I don't get to use that much.

that's what I wanna know. You guys didn't bring it in in pieces and restore it and then realize you had it in the basement, did you? :mamoru:

    Lol - oops.

No, our house is built on the side of a hill - we had a garage door installed in the basement so that we can use it as a shop. Restored two Datsun down there.

It kinda sucks though sometimes - when you run the car in the basement/paint/use anything that smells strongly down their, the airducts pick it up and the whole house smells like it for a few hours.

We're moving to TX though. :wtc:
