    I don't think the thing runs judging by the wear on the rotors (None), the chock block, and the messy wiring under the hood.

    Looks like that one runs.
    Much better looking imho as well... OP purple one was pretty ugly, bad color, bad wheels, bad paint, didn't run etc.
