I think they make their own. They are one of the few actual manufacturers of panels.

I double-checked and BenQ is one of the few actual manufacturers :)

    Dell does not.

You can find a store that sells BenQ and will ship to Canada.

Apparantly BenQ manufacturers the panel that dell puts into their well-respected 24" wide screen :mamoru:

And the BenQ-branded model includes an HDMI 1080p input :mamoru:

Its $300 for a 19 inch flat panel ultra sharp, the benQ is $250 for a regluar 17 inch monitor. What one is more? the Dell 17 inch is $200.

that BenQ is 19" LCD and has a 2ms response time and 3-year warranty with 700:1 contrast rato and it's DVI-D. And it's CHEAPER than both dells.

Hmm, better in EVERY way, AND it costs LESS!

Why spend money on an UltraSharp when you can get a BETTER monitor that is also BIGGER, and spend LESS money?

Because the monitor your recommended doesn't claim "UltraSharp" on the box. Who gives a fuck that it provides a better picture, it doesn't wrongfully claim so to through clever advertising gimmicks.
