Can someone recommend me a decent 19" crt flat monitor? I'm thinking Viewsonic, but would like other options as well.

I can't believe no one has mentioned NEC yet. The FP912SB is hands down the best flat screen 19" CRT, and the FE991SB is damn close to it.

The Samsung 957MB is also an excellent choice.

My friend has one of those at work. It's decent, not high-end by any means. The blacks aren't true blacks, and the green is a bit too yellow. It's solid, but you can find much better. How much cash do you have to work with?

Don't want to spend too much, I had a deal on a Sony Trinitron that fell through unforunately.

I found this one, brand new, for $100 after mail-in rebates and wanted to know if it was worth the $100. (I already ordered it online but if it sucks really badly I'll just take it back for a refund.)
