I got a set of four with an aftermarket exhaust for $300 the other day. They're damaged, but not bent. The guy who sold them to me recommended a guy to refinish for cheap, so I'll take him up on that offer. I also need some new tires. He's going to mount the wheels and the exhaust, and also has a suspension kit for my car just sitting around that he'll throw in (thank God, 18s on my car would look GOOFY with stock setup).

I'm thinking of getting the wheels powdercoated in gunmetal...or maybe just another silver coating. But the factory finish is peeling, so at BLoG's suggestion, I'm saying "screw paint, I'm going powdercoat."

Or a custom anthracite paint would work quite well:

And I will say this with 100% gravity - you get what you pay for when it comes to wheel repair/refinishing. My shop takes in quite a bit of "redo's" that have been trashed by other accredited companies, and whose finish lasted less than two months before it started flaking off. :(

I'm not worried about that...I'm worried about getting the curb damage taken care of.

    Shouldn't be a problem - that's all part of a refinish.
