Of them all, the TT came out the most impressive because Amulet Red is a very vibrant color. :bigthumb:

Thanks again Scott, for the advice I should have followed years ago. :big grin:

    Car's definately came out beautifully...

However, I would hit up the chrome tips on the TT with some chrome polish.

Finally! I'm using my brother's connection at his house and can see this thread without waiting 10 minutes for the pics to download.

All three cars look great! I'd take any of them in a heartbeat.

Nice pics. Has anyone see an Audi with 2 Engines pushing 1000+hp. I caught it on Speedvision when they were showing a bunch of exotic cars and auto places in Germany.

Heh. Thanks Scott. The silver M3 is now safely in Cailfornia with its owner. It was sad to see it go. :(

I have become hooked on the Swirl Remover 2.0/S100 combo. I'm talking absolute junkie-style. Back at the beginning of the summer a friend of mine brought his ML500 over that hadn't had any attention in the year+ that he had owned it, and I went over the car with the Black and Decker 9" random orbital and Fine Cut Cleaner. We finished up late in the day, and the truck looked great, but the next morning my friend walked out and realized that while it looked great in the shade, there was a haze of sorts now covering the car where the FCC had been applied.

I suspect it was due to my wack 9" Black and Decker not being able to break down the FCC enough to work the paint, and instead of buffing it to a sheen, it just marred the finish. In direct sunlight the thing just looked bad - grey, almost, and it just got worse the closer one got to the car. I felt like a total ass, but I had never had this problem with my buffer and FCC before.

Sunday I borrowed a friend's Porter Cable polisher and went to work on the ML with the SR2.0 and topped it with S100. The end result was spectacular, SR2.0 removed the haze and left the truck totally black again, and then the S100 topper brought the slick, shimmering reflectivity. Awesome stuff.

The Porter Cable polisher made the job easy work, I think I am going to pick one up. I had always been hesitant to use anything stronger than the weak B&D 9" orbital but the PC doesn't scare me anymore. :big grin:

Thanks man! I just saw it about ten minutes ago, and even in the current snowy crappy weather it looked insane. Especially in comparison to how it looked before Sunday! :big grin:
