170lbs and 5-7

    if i dont exercise @ all..

    what kind of calorie/fat/carb intake do i need to limit myself to to lose weight?

    Uou need to do cardio, lift weights and cut calories in order to maximally lose weight(fat). Eat 2500 calories a day, see if you lose weight, if yes, continue to do so, if no, drop 250 more for the next week and see if you lose 1-2lbs (what you should be aiming for). As a noob, going and lifting weights will likely result in a loss in fat and gain in muscle, for awhile.

    Drop everything that is loaded with sugars or high in fat. Replace it with somethink like tuna (cheap canned ones) or chicken breast. Start walking or ride a bike. Just minor changes like cleaning up your diet and being more active will make you drop a lot of weight.
