So I picked up an ACD, but the picture is extremely blurry. I'm using Apple Remote Desktop to remotely change the monitor configuration to see if I can get it to work, but no luck. Any ideas?

blurry CRT normally means it is time to throw it out.

What do you mean which one? It's a 17" Apple Cinema Display CRT. Someone said it might have something to do with the yoke slipping? But I don't know how difficult that would be to fix. Any one know?

I believe that it is normally a problem with the powersupply or sync circuits. Its comon in older CRTs and is usually not worth fixing, particularly when screens are so inexpensive these days.
