17.7 lbs in about 2 weeks...

    Dirty bulking rocks...


    I had no idea the size would come back so quickly.


    I went to the doctors 2 weeks ago friday and weighed like 180 or 181. Then I started lifting again and eating everything in fucking sight. Today I hop on the scale at the gym and BAM! it's 197.7. This motivates me a lot. I thought it'd take months to gain 20lbs back.

    Well my strength is much better than what it was last week but it's still nowhere near what it should be. I suppose that will come around too.

    I was just about to post an new thread about this, but I might as well post it here. How healthy (or unhealthy) is it to gain weight rapidly? Like... say 10 lbs per month for a few months for example. I imagine the sudden increase in caloric intake would have some impact on the body's digestive system and whatnot. Any info?

    I went from 150-190 pretty quick, only thing i noticed is that i got bright red stretchmarks on the underside of my arms from my armpit running down the top of my biceps from the increased size in such a short period of time. so If you're genetically prone to gettin them, you will get them.

    its ugly and it looks like i got attacked by a wild animal

    i put on about 10lbs in the first two weeks of bulking, i was thinking a lot of it had to be waterweight.
    now after 2 months im at +17lbs, i think its almost time to cut.
