What I want to know is what some of you guys would reccomend for a workout schedule. Right now I just hit up the gym for just over an hour everyday after school. I think I should be on some sort of schedule that I follow for every certain day of the week.

Link to 5x5? I'm currently reading the Max-OT right now.

I don't, it just seemed in line with your coals, you seem to be focused towards hypertrophy, and i know some on here have had good luck with it. :bigthumb:
5x5 is a great way to do it too, just different
how have gains been so far, do you do legs, how long did it take you to get to ur curent point?

Gains have been OK, I used to be a bit chubby I started going a lot near the end of school last year so beginning of the summer 2005. I've put on about 20lbs. Ido legs yes, not as much as I should though. I focus about 15 mins at the end of each workout for my abs which I think has benefited a lot.

Some of the names of the exercises in Max-OT I don't know what they are, where can I find out how to do them?

you can find em out at erx.net, i think
then there is eletefts.com, under Q&A they have an exercise index
I would just do abs twice a week, but weighted.

I'd hit a cardio and abs, maybe, but stay away from heavy weights on Tues and Thurs
