Alright, I just turned 16 and I want to know how I can put on some more weight/muscle. Right now I am clocking in at just a hair over 160lbs. This was taken today, horrible quality yada yada yada What I want to know is what some of you guys would reccomend for a workout schedule. Right now I just hit up the gym for just over an hour everyday after school. I think I should be on some sort of schedule that I follow for every certain day of the week.
