    about damn time. I've been struggling with my forearms for the longest time and I finally broke 16 with a little pump :squint:

    really though. are you doing anything specific for them? Because im jealous.

    I just use that forearm roller daily. I go until failure, usually last about 6-7 roll ups, then take a break for about 2-3 minutes and repeat 3 times.

    :eek3: do you measure it flexed with the arm straight out? or with the forarm comming towards the biceps?

    ^ measured like that it's something like 15 1/4 :(

    I've always measured my forearm coming towards my bi, so it's just how I track progress.

    My arms are similarly sized to yours, but I just cannot get that much vascularity out :wtc:

    Looking great though! How did the cycle work out for you?

    still on, hence the vascularity. Mine is usually pretty shitty too. I'm up about 10 lbs, dry weight right now so I'm expecting to maintain most of it. I got 2 more weeks left and gonna call it quits

    I wish I had the balls to cycle.

    I hit a plataeu of weight at about 215 (5' 9") and although I was thicker than ever I was starting to not put on weight/muscle as fast... So I decided I would cut and a bit and then build back up. I would love to hit 225 by next Christmas.

    damn dood. its funny how tall/big guys complain they cant put on size. your the prime example of how some work puts that bitch whine to rest.

    mine are a little over 14" flexed, bis are shy of 17" flexed. thats a 0.82 ratio...lol

    how about everyone else?

    Forearm = 14.5" flexed, no-pump.

    Bicep = 17.5" flexed, no-pump

    Not positive, but I would assume I am looking 15" on forearms with a pump and 18" on bi's with a pump. I will be working both tonight, so if I remember I will measure again after the workout.

    there ain't nothin to it. I guess my first cycle of S1 really got me hooked on the quick gains and insanely high libido

    i'm gonna start rock climbing again.. nothing ever gave me a forearm workout like that does :o
