Here is what I eat: - I wake up and eat breakfast (usually milk with toast, honey and jam) - I have lunch, soup and toast or toast with nutella and fruit juice - dinner varies (whatever my mom makes which is always healthy, rice with veggies and chicken/fish, or steamed veggies with soup) - I also drink about 1.5 L of water a day, to keep my skin healthy and work up a good sweat. For the last few months I gained a good 15lbs, and I weigh 121lbs. (I'm 5'3) Reason this happen, well I didnt work out at all and pretty much had a super shitty diet (fast food everyday, ranging from Mcdonalds, to chinese, to fried chicken) anyway, I've started to cut it all out and I go to the gym 5 times a week and do an hour of cardio every time I go, then I spend some time in the sauna, shower etc. I haven't started to tone or lift weights, don't plan on it until i lose the extra weight. I'm not really on a diet, I just cut out the fast food and started exercising as much as I am able. I'm probaby doing something wrong, need some advice, AND should I take it up a notch?
