    Here is what I eat:

    - I wake up and eat breakfast (usually milk with toast, honey and jam)
    - I have lunch, soup and toast or toast with nutella and fruit juice
    - dinner varies (whatever my mom makes which is always healthy, rice with veggies and chicken/fish, or steamed veggies with soup)
    - I also drink about 1.5 L of water a day, to keep my skin healthy and work up a good sweat.

For the last few months I gained a good 15lbs, and I weigh 121lbs. (I'm 5'3) Reason this happen, well I didnt work out at all and pretty much had a super shitty diet (fast food everyday, ranging from Mcdonalds, to chinese, to fried chicken) anyway, I've started to cut it all out and I go to the gym 5 times a week and do an hour of cardio every time I go, then I spend some time in the sauna, shower etc. I haven't started to tone or lift weights, don't plan on it until i lose the extra weight. I'm not really on a diet, I just cut out the fast food and started exercising as much as I am able. I'm probaby doing something wrong, need some advice, AND should I take it up a notch?

your point? 121 lbs for a chick isnt that bad, losing 15lbs is like a 13% drop in body weight, that's really extreme.

Girl, you need to put on some lean muscle, being skinning with not muscle looks like shit, and you WONT get big huge bulky muscles, it just doesnt happen.

15 pounds in a month when your 120 pounds is too much to try to lose, you need realistic / healthy goals

15 pounds in 4-6 months may be a more healthy goal, why does it need to be 1.5 months?

track your food on fitday, bake chicken and eat tons of it and cut out any and all shitty food which everyone knows (fast food, soda, candy, etc)

lift weights pick a routine from stickies
    do cardio run/bike/etc

post pics if your a girl :naughty: lol

Your diet and workout out are totally off if you want to lose weight. 1.5 - 2.0 lbs a week are healthy. Anything more than that will hurt your body. Workout wise you have to do weights, aerobic and anaerobic cardio. An hour of cardio a day isn't really going to be effective. Weight w/ HIIT increase your metabolism post workout.

Eat 5 -6 small meals a day w/ a balance of complex carbs, protein and good fats.

yeah i thought it was a pretty unrealistic goal :hsd: looks like I'm doing a lot of things wrong... i sort of figured, I'm a n00b. I'm going to start with the workout that they outlined on that website in the sticky. My eating habits suck shit and I don't know where to start either, I eat a lot of fruits and veggies already, everytime I think losing weight I always think cutting back...guess I just have to change my grocery list altogether. I lost about 10lbs in a month last year from eating normally and walking a lot. Thought some crazy working out would help me lose 15lbs in a month in a half easily. But I'm going to continue doing what I'm doing, except with more protein to my diet and adding in weight lifting to my work out and see how everything goes.

As for pics, i have none that would show off my body, at least none that would properly show the areas that need touching up on.
