    I fit about 75-85 songs ripped @ 256kbps in AAC format on my 512mb Shuffle (they all have album art embedded too). I get about 5hrs 15min of music out of that and listen for about 5-6hrs a week so the battery lasts forever on the thing.

    That's almost a full workdays amount of music if you figure in you won't have it on all the time. 1Gb would just give you even more variety inbetween refills.

    That would bump price to $300 for a nano... Not the wisest move.

    I think I might replace my 512 shuffle w/ a 1 gig Nano - it'll be just what I want :bigthumb:
