So sorry in advance for doing this, most of you will think I am lazy but quite the opposite. Background: I've recently had a lifestyle change which just happened to occur on Jan 5th 09, so most will think its a new years resolution thing it wasn't intended this way nor am I treating it as such. I decided to lose weight and I've changed pretty much every aspect in my life for the better now. Unfortunately I am still a very busy guy and hardly have time to do anything. I do find time in my day to workout for 1-2 hours. This is one aspect of my life that will take more time to fix therefore continue below. That being said I've tried to make a diet but its proving to be something that is taking forever to perfect. For those of you that have been doing this for a while should be able to come up with something decent with fairly little work. So far I've lost 45 Lbs since Jan 5th 09 on my own with the most fucked up diet ever. It's healthier but very inconsistent. As of right now I count the calories in my head to roughly 1900 per day. The reason I'm making this diet is because last week I barely ate at 1000 calories per day. I think I may have picked up an eating disorder that I want to promptly fix. Having a set in stone diet should help this. So moving forward... I am offering $15 via Paypal to whoever makes the best 1900 cal diet that I can stick to for the rest of my weight lose goals. Conditions: 1. I usually get very busy at work so if I am to split my meals into 5-6 meals a day the smaller in between meals will have to be finger type foods like carrots or almonds etc. I can't simply whip out a fork and start eating a can of tuna. For lunch I have access to pretty much anything and can eat a real meal. 2. The diet should be tailored to weight lose. Thanks guys. I'm out.
