$15 to the best 1900ish cal diet (build me a diet)

    So sorry in advance for doing this, most of you will think I am lazy but quite the opposite.

    Background: I've recently had a lifestyle change which just happened to occur on Jan 5th 09, so most will think its a new years resolution thing it wasn't intended this way nor am I treating it as such. I decided to lose weight and I've changed pretty much every aspect in my life for the better now.

    Unfortunately I am still a very busy guy and hardly have time to do anything. I do find time in my day to workout for 1-2 hours. This is one aspect of my life that will take more time to fix therefore continue below.

    That being said I've tried to make a diet but its proving to be something that is taking forever to perfect. For those of you that have been doing this for a while should be able to come up with something decent with fairly little work.

    So far I've lost 45 Lbs since Jan 5th 09 on my own with the most fucked up diet ever. It's healthier but very inconsistent. As of right now I count the calories in my head to roughly 1900 per day.

    The reason I'm making this diet is because last week I barely ate at 1000 calories per day. I think I may have picked up an eating disorder that I want to promptly fix. Having a set in stone diet should help this.

    So moving forward...

    I am offering $15 via Paypal to whoever makes the best 1900 cal diet that I can stick to for the rest of my weight lose goals.

    Conditions:
    1. I usually get very busy at work so if I am to split my meals into 5-6 meals a day the smaller in between meals will have to be finger type foods like carrots or almonds etc. I can't simply whip out a fork and start eating a can of tuna. For lunch I have access to pretty much anything and can eat a real meal.

    2. The diet should be tailored to weight lose.

    DURING Workout Shake = 4-8 scoops Xtend (Bodyweight pending – 0.17g BCAAs/lb
    bodyweight) in 20-24 oz cold water

    Meal 1 6 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    2 oz grilled chicken breast
    1.33 cup steamed spinach
    12 almonds
    6.5 oz PEELED ruby red grapefruit or 99g blueberries
    42g protein, 25g carbohydrates, 15g fat

    Meal 2 2 scoops Scivation Whey
    2 tbsp peanut butter or 18 almonds
    1 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans or 8 oz steamed asparagus
    42g protein, 10g carbohydrates, 15g fat

    Meal 3 6 oz grilled chicken breast or halibut/tilapia or Sirloin fillet or Tuna

    1 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans or 8 oz steamed asparagus
    42g protein, 25g carbohydrates, 10g fat

    Meal 6 5 oz grilled chicken breast or halibut/tilapia or Sirloin fillet or Tuna
    (albacore packed/canned in water)
    ½ cup steamed Broccoli or green beans or 4oz asparagus
    1 oz avocado
    35g protein, 5g carbohydrates, 5g fat

    Protein – 245g = 980 Calories, Carbohydrates (not including Carbohydrate night) –
    85g = 340 Calories, Fat – 70g = 630 Calories

    Total Calories – 1950 Calories NON-carbohydrate night
    Total Calories – 2495 Calories – Carbohydrate nights

    Every 18th meal is the Carb meal. It is the last meal and it replaces Meal 6. The
    Carb Meal must be eaten in this order.

    1.5 cups steamed green beans or 12 oz asparagus = 15g carbohydrates
    ¾ cup oatmeal (measured dry then add water and microwave) = 45g
    carbohydrates
    6.5 oz PEELED ruby red grapefruit or 99g blueberries = 15g carbohydrates
    4-6 packets splenda for sweetening
    18 almonds = 15g fat
    6 oz yam or sweet potato = 45g carbohydrates
    2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter = 15g fat
    4-6 packets splenda for sweetening

    120g Carbohydrates = 480 Kcals, 30g Fat = 270 Kcals

    he's not going to eat an entire pound of chicken for dinner.

    split teh chicken into two, half pound portions. ditch the turkey on wheat and have the chicken with broccoli, then have the remainder of the chicken with a dinner salad (spinach, broccoli, tomatos, carrots, mushrooms, whatever+ olive oil and balsamic vinegar)

    If you can eat an entire pound of dick for dinner every night, then I'm sure he can eat "an entire pound" (!!!!!!) of chicken for dinner.

    Breakfast is the eggs + 1 bread. (you can alternatively have the eggs raw if you want to save some calories and eat something else later on)

    During lunch time eat the cooked/precooked salmon slab with some ketchup.

    Grab a double meat ham subway sandwich on whole wheat bread and eat it a couple of hours later.

    Have a whey protein shake with 2 cups of milk before your workout.

    Train

    Go home and have a large chicken breast + some cabbage for dinner. You've got a bit of play room to add small things like maybe a slice of bread with your dinner.

    the title reads $15 dollars to the BEST 1900 cal diet. that wording implies that you choose the best out of all submitted and that one of them will get 15 dollars. I propose a ban for lying and false advertising.

    That's cute how you wait for a bunch of people to post, come up with small things to pick at on all of them, then say "just gunna sack up and make my own fucking diet..."

    And for the record, it's not too much bread. 112g of carbs during a cut is perfectly fine...I'm cutting right now with close to 2x as many carbs and I'm not only losing weight, but hitting PR's left and right.

    I didn't post in here for the money regardless, so if any of what I posted gave you an idea for your meal plan then great. I was actually secretly hoping someone would comment on what they thought of the mealplan as that is what i'm going by for now:x: Don't care much for losing weight, just want to lose fat and retain muscle, hence the high protein medium fat, low carb diet.

    Side note, I don't see what's wrong with subway..

    Also, are you seriously bitching over eating a pound of chicken? You may want to see the doctor about your gaping vagina before your ovaries fall out.
