140lbs 6'2 I am almost ready to commit.

    I am 23 years old 140lbs 6'2 I have been this same weight for 5 years now nothing has changed I eat mabe 2 meals aday fast food. I run around the block everyday to get the blood flowing but thats about it. I want to set a goal for myself and get on a plan so my question is what will work for me and what things should I avoid doing? I want to bulk up and get cut. Thanks for the help everybody!

    At this point you may want to not worry about eating clean, just eat whatever you can get your hands on. :dunno:

    Like others said, eat clean, eat a LOT, and start lifting if your goal is to get bigger. Noob thread.

    Ok I got an idea of the things I should be eating sould I start eating and lifting all at once or should I eat get in the habbit then start lifting and go from their?

    start with eating healthy, get your diet down, learn good form, find a routine fit for your needs, carry out said routine

    And by "eat a lot" they mean track your calories and get them way up. I used to think I was "eating a lot" but I was really getting just a hair over 3000 calories on a good day.

    Don't do any more cardio until you put on some weight. There's one of your biggest mistakes. Leave the running around the block to the fat people.
