They have a three speed switch on them.
Even on high they're fairly quiet.

On medium or low, you can barely hear them.

    Airflow:

    Low - 39cfm
    Medium - 56cfm
    High - 79cfm

You can also just get a high cfm rated fan and a good fan controller for very little $$. Then you can adjust it as needed. It's amazing what some people call silent, others call loud. It'll mount in a regualr 5.25 bay and contoll several fans with knobs, etc.

I have always used Vantec fans for 120mm... I replaced all the ones in my Lian-Li case with those, and they are awesome.

Your setup is going to be pressure-neutral, which (while not as bad as pressure-negative) is going to encourage the accumulation of dust in your case. Use both fans as intake instead, so you can have a pressure-positive setup that will prevent dust from getting sucked in through the hundreds of little gaps in your case's exterior. The hot air can find its own way out of the case -- don't forget, your PSU already has an exhaust fan.

I recommend SilenX fans. You can get them on www.3dcool.com.
