Been lifting since freshman year in college. I am now a junior. Just put this up for 8 reps on my last set today for the first time ever. Pretty proud of myself to finally be hitting 100lb dumbells, especially on incline.
    I am 6'3 175lbs
Flat bench with olympic bar for about 215 for 4 sets of 8

Yea when I started working out I was around 160, I hit 195 last summer but was mostly bulk. I cut all my weight back down to 170 and just started hitting the weights real hard again 2 months ago. Putting weight on has always been hell for me though. Trying to get up to 195 again by summer, but be cut rather than bulk this time.

Me 2 months ago at 170, right before I started trying to bulk up again

now is this to the armpits or barely parallel like most of the bros I help get the 100lb dumbbells in position for because they can't do it from the chest even once to get going.

100 lbs as in 2 100lb dumbells. I brought them down about 3 inches above my chest. Warmed up with 2 sets of 85 pounders at 12 reps, then 1 set of 90's for 9, then jumped to 100 just to see if I could put it up and put it up for 7.

And I said I can do 215 for 4 sets of 8 on flat bench as a comparison.

Measuring progress with a barbell > dumbbells.

    But congrats
