After 3 years of consistent training, *finally* hit 1000lbs today on the big 3. While I didn't make my flat bench goal of 315 this year, this will do. Wasn't shooting for 1000lbs and I'm not a powerlifter, but I am happy nonetheless. I know many of you are well above this, but I don't think it's bad for a guy turning 33 this Sunday.

    5'10", 192lbs, around 12% bf

    295b/315s/405dl

Hit it on my dl progression today - usually stop at 365, but tried 405 for the hell of it. Won't say it was easy, but I locked it out. Feels good man :wavey:

You're not that old. Plenty of time to go.

is it respectable if you join the club with a 220-225 bench?
