GUN $1000 for a Chinese Ak at gun store

    they were trying to sell a used chinese AK for 1k. I think it was made by a company that started with an N....Nirelco?

    Guy I work with sold his on consignment at a shop in nova, I can't recall the exact amount he told me it sold for, but I want to say it was around 1400.

    makes 1000 seem not so bad.

    Depending on the model the price might be a little high, you can usually find norinco 56's for $800+

    Preban milled chicoms go for $1000 and up. I've seen a couple post ban's for a bit less 850ish.

    Yes, Norinco built AK's are nothing to sneeze at. Which shop was this? Wades?

    They are not known for High prices. They are amongst the better competitively priced places around and one of the first places I check. I've been buying guns from Bens Loans for close to 15 years.
