I was reading muscle and fitness and they had on there a 1000 calorie workout, which consisted of 45 minutes of running and 45 minutes of lifting weights (they had specified what to lift and how many sets).

Will this work on everyone, or just a few people, I assume everyone since it was in the magazine but I'm not sure. Does anyone else know?

ofcourse it will, its exercise, the amount of calories burned will vary depending on your weight though.

it'd work, but its too general. weight is a factor as how much your gonna be lifting and your body weight.
