    + 4 super sets of leg ex and leg curls

    fucking not even 24hrs later and I can barely walk. Something tells me I won't be able to get off the shitter later.

    Yes. Why did you do this? To say you could or a specific training goal? It seems counter productive, unless exhaustion is your goal.

    It's a regular workout in my routine. Besides the fact that I squat more than the jackass, it's functional. Increases speed, endurance, and works muscle you never knew you had.
