You guys see anything from with drinking a ton of this stuff? I usually drink 1 liter a day of a fruit and vegatable blend. I find it a convienient way of getting 4 servings of each. But there's a ton of carbs and sugar...bad?

    Drat :wtc:

So...wouldn't eating all the same fruits and vegatables in whole form contain the same amount of sugar/carbs? Do brolys not eat fruit or something?

well, its not all bad. fruit and veggies are still fruit and veggies. the thing is... a liter is a lot.

a lot of fruits are filled with sugar that you don't need, you just gotta pick and choose a select few

I didnt even think of this... what are your training goals right now

Trying to get lean and strong. I don't want to be very big. Right now I'm 6"1 and about 200 lbs. I'd like to be about 185 or so of solid muscle. I'm interested in improving athletic ability (agility, speed as well as strength) more so than raw power. I lift three times a week and do cardio on most off days. I'm going to be taking Kickboxing and maybe another martial art soon so I don't want to be big and bulky.

well if your goals are to cut (which they are) you need to get unnecessary carbs out of your diet. you can get the same benefits from multi's w/o the sugar.

I'm trying to get in shape because I'm going to start training at a martial arts dojo. They have a lot of different classes there...I'll probably take the Kickboxing, Boxing and maybe Pankration ones. I also play basketball.

Let the martial arts training bring you down to 185lbs, you'll end up losing weight from it anyways.
