Purely based on my personal tastes, obviously, and in no particular order:

Greg Puciato (The Dillinger Escape Plan)
    James Brown
Tommy Rogers (Between the Buried and Me)
    Russell Allen (Symphony X)
    Jeff Buckley
    Rody Walker (Protest the Hero)
    Stu Block (Into Eternity)
    Jón Þór Birgisson (Sigur Rós)
    Matt Bellamy (Muse)
Keith Buckley (Every Time I Die)

Once upon a time he could, now he's far too concerned with trying to sound like a budget Chris Cornell.

lil' wayne, in saying this i know I'll catch a lot of flack but for some reason i cant get enough of that dudes voice, its not his lyrics or his content or him. I don't really know why either.

jason mraz, if you've ever seen him in concert and heard him bust into 10 minutes of operatic singing in the middle of a song you may agree.

    johnny cash

    bob dylan

    muddy waters

are just a few of my favorites.

    Daniel Gildenlow
    Anneke Van Giersbergen
    Tom Waits
    Mike Patton
    Regina Spektor
    Adrian Belew
    Arthur Lee
    Bjork
    Karen Peris
    Camille

I'm not necessarily interested in vocalists if they're just pitch perfect, in immaculate control, and can project well. I like flavor, I'm a sucker for really unique style.

    Well, you're wrong.

You can't honestly tell me that he doesn't suck compared to how he sounded on the first album? Do you have ears?
