Happiness is a 10/22 tackdriver. :) If you don't own a 10/22, you are slacking.

Edit: Well I just couldn't leave it alone. NOW it's finished.

    10/22 from pawn shop
Cuda stock with translucent flipflop paintjob
    VQ flat target trigger
    Wolff 1lb trigger spring
Custom Power hammer and adjustable sear
    VQ buffer
    VQ mag extension
    VQ bolt handle/spring/rod
    Green Mtn. barrel
    Barska 6.5-20x50 scope/BSA holosight
    Shooter's Ridge bipod
    E&L quad mag
    CPC reworked bolt
    VQ extractor
    Custom Power safety

I had to tease the new 10/22 owners :) These things are just too tempting to mess with. #2 is already in the works.

Wow same stock every 10/22 has :mamoru:

I was going to do one, but I would never be able to shoot it at over 25yds on the pistol range :greddy:

VQ hammer/trigger/sear and buffer. have the extended bolt handle and extended mag release still coming.

I did just the hammer first and that alone was like night and day over the stock one. The trigger and sear was even better. It's down to 1lb with no overtravel or takeup. Rock Ridge bipod with the harris flat mount.
    custom made comp/brake.

    Have about 350 into it.

Its to help free float the barrel. There is no barrel groove like a traditional stock so the gun won't lose accuracy by having the barrel and stock push on each other.

I understood that part. I asked because it seemed like he spent over 500 modifying it. :dunno:

gun was 50 bucks at pawn shop, rest was just comparison shopping online and a little wheeling and dealing at the local gunshops, so yes, 350 bucks total :)

So you recommend the VQ trigger and sear?

I have a VQ hammer on mine and I LOVE it. I went to shoot someone elses 10/22 with a factory hammer and was like :ugh: The pull was awefully heavy :o

They are a dime a dozen around here at the pawn shops. Just find one with a beat to hell stock or barrel. Nice thing about nevada, pawnshops everywhere thanks to compulsive gamblers. :)

If I happened across one for $50 then I'm sure it would look just like yours in a month or so :o.
