weight 290 and that was taken in july of 2007, now I weigh about 210 (prly closer to 215 after today :( ) but i havent started working out regularly yet...all this weight loss was simply from dietary changes. Current pic might be a little misleading as I still have a bit of a gut since I havent worked out but that will be taken care of in the next 3 months or so.....since schools out im joining a gym and starting to swim 3 days a week and then the other typical shit....I might get a PT to help me out

    Thanks everyone! :)

I normally drink a 1/2 gallon of water per day, eat only 3 meals per day (usually 2 small 1 big), NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP (unless im out to eat or something where I cant control it), I eat NO chips or anything like that, nothing hydrogenated, I try to eat all organic foods, most of the time if it has shit I've never heard of I dont buy it. Every once in a while (maybe once a week) I let myself get something im really craving like dairy queen, or a doughnut or something like that. Basically I just became more consious of what I am putting into my body. I also quit smoking (with the exception of a cigar on occasion)..oh yea, no trans fats either (most of the time lol)

I also take 2 green tea pills per day and multi vitamins

Honestly, if North America had half the common sense you had there wouldn't be an obesity epidemic. Eat fresh food and once in a while treat yourself, what a concept eh?!

    Well done.

It's amazing, but this is the most important part of healthy eating habits. So many people would be so much thinner if they just read the package before they ate something.

You went from "typical looking OT'er" to an "F&N OT'er." Keep doing what you're doing. :)

Thanks everyone!! Getting my gym membership today so when I finally head home for good thursday I can start working out right away. It will probably take a little more then 3 months but if I work hard im sure I can get enough work done to start seeing some results :)
