about 185lbs in this pic.
and ~175lbs in this one
That's a year worth of progress?
I was cutting about 9 months and my diet was shit the first 3.
Where in CT?
u cut for 9 months??? Actually I'm not gonna flame ya. You need to step it up in the gym though son.
i was skinny fat
Not everyone is working with the best genetics and not everyone starts off knowing their body / exactly what they need to do to make the most efficient progress. Obviously he recognizes this and he did make some decent gains considering he had absolutely no definition in the first picture, so give the guy some credit.
I give credit where credit's due. That is 1 months worth of progress not 1 year. Hopefully my honesty gives him new motivation. Not trying to be a dick.
3 other back pics from between those two
i went from 185 to 162. the last pic 2 posts up is me at 162, then i started bulking
im 510 and 185 right now i feel like a fat bag of shit
body dysmorphia ftl
what does ftl stand for?
for the lose
what's your bulking diet?
not exactly this everyday, but a rough idea
honey bunches of oats + 2% milk
1 scoop of whey + ~8oz 2% milk
turkey and cheese sandwich
eggs and toast/bagel and tuna
some type of meat + carbs
2 scoops of whey
dinner. some type of meat + some type of green vegetable
glass of milk and some almonds
i try to keep it as clean as possible. i usually end up with 3000 cals at the end of the day
my main problem is consistency with my diet.
i dont know how it gets to 3000 calories
you didnt post an original pic, but good progress.
Eating bullshit to bulk is called getting fat. In fact I dont believe you should ever intentionally try to "bulk". You build lean muscle mass the most efficiently when you have a low % of bodyfat.
what do you mean by intentionally try to bulk?
i gotta make a new training/diet log
