Well I've been training for a year now. In all honesty, I think I should have made better progress but I did what I could.

I know I need to hit my lats and traps harder, but nothing I do makes them grow. I will update original post tomorrow with leg pics. Let me know what you think.

    Here are the before's. 6' 145-150ish.

And here are the afters @ 168. I got up to 184lbs but then decided I wanted to lose some weight so I could get rid of my belly and look more cut. That was a terrible decision on my part.

It doesn't look like you ever worked out back. Everything else got bigger, but that stayed exactly the same. :mamoru: Good progress though. Legs?

I think I've posted pics of me in the 180's before, but I can't search.

I have leg pics but they are a few months old. I'll snap some new ones tomorrow.

Anyone have any input on my lat/trap problem? I do widegrip pullups and I go as wide as the bar goes, and I just started lat pulldowns again. I use a really widegrip on bent over rows, and the same for tbar rows.

For traps I do db shrugs and then the hammer strength shrug machine, as well as upright rows. It's annoying they just wont grow.

So why is it that my lats look bigger relaxed then when flexed?

    Good progress.

Work on getting that back wider and start hitting the abs.

Nice work. IMO you should ditch the wide grip stuff - it really buggers your rotator cuffs.

Maybe try using narrower grip for pullups and bent over barbell rows. Don't do pullups, barbell rows, t-bar rows AND lat pulldown.. it's overkill.

I'm on my 3rd routine. I did 1 bodypart a day, 1 time a week for about 6 months. It looked like this:
    Monday - Chest
    Tuesday - Bi's
    Wednesday - Shoulders
    Thursday - Tri's
    Friday - Back
Saturday - Legs (I didn't start working legs until I was about 4 months into training)

Then I switched it up to chest/tri's, back/bi's, shoulders/legs, abs/off, repeat. I did that routine for about 5 months but I felt as if I was overtraining towards the end.

Now I'm back to working muscles 1 time a week. Looks like this.
    Monday - Chest/bi's
    Tuesday - Legs
    Wednesday - Off
    Thursday - Shoulders/tri's
    Friday - Back.
    Sat and Sun - off.

As for supplements I've only taken creatine mono and protein. I've been off creatine for a few months now though.

    Here is wheel pic.
