1 year progress pics, 215 - > 265 pounds

    I took it serious for a while at the beginning of 2008, saw lots of gains, took a 3 week vacation and got injured for a total of 6 weeks of inactivity and lost a bunch of progress but really put in work at the end of the year, tracked what I ate, and saw a lot of gains.

    These pics are at ~257 so I'm a bit bigger now. I know I suck at posing, I posted a video and took a few screen caps :o

    I did when I posted 5 month progress pics and I've been nailing my lats lately. Realized I could row a lot but never did wide grip stuff so my lats have finally started to sprout. Traps are looking boss too, can't see in these pics because the camera is like dick level and I'm mad tall
    5 more pounds then I cut, I'm the fattest I've been in my life right now :hs:

    roughly, haven't done some in a while... I stopped deadlifting as often a few months back so that may be closer to 500 :dunno:

    edit: evo would like it noted that I bench to parrallel instead of BTC. I would like it noted that I have an 80" wingspan so my bench ROM is as long as some of you short guys squat ROM. I can also DB 120s for 8 to my chest so it's basically the same thing, semantics.

    yeah I carry ALL of my fat in my waist/stomach, I have a feeling I'm going to have to be lean as fuck for that to go away.

    so what did you eat to gain 50lbs in a year? and how the hell did you get a 405 bench haha I need to try what you did.

    oh no no... numbers quoted as b/s/d, I WISH I could bench 405 but I'd feel pretty shitty about having a 335 squat with that bench

    well for the first 6 months I just kinda ate "a lot" and somewhat clean, started tracking what I ate in September and just ate 4500-5000 of really clean shit. Let me tell you that was a fucking CHORE. 4500-5000 of oats/rice/pasta/chicken/tuna/eggs is a motherfucking bitch. I felt so god damn bloated and fat and tired all the time. Never again, I'm going to eat less clean next bulk and just do some cardio or something.

    Did cardio maybe twice all year for 20 mins on a steep ass incline at ~4mph, went out drinking 2-3 nights a week. I wish I had drank less and tracked what I ate all year, would have been even more progress.

    with a longer ROM than you, next bogus callout attempt?

    I can do the DBs to chest with the 120s for a set of 8, which is assumable to be transferred as a 325-335 bench, so call it what you want. I'd wager you couldn't go BTC with more than your bodyweight with shoulders as fucked as mine and an 80" wingspan

    nope, I was 240 in those pics, 7 months ago... had to regain some progress at the end of the summer after an injury/vacation

    I guess these pics are just +17 pounds but still...
