1 year exp. whey protien

    I have a whole tub of whey protein but its exp by almost a year. does it really make a difference? Im going to consume it unless i get some good reasons not to.

    I think the last time one of these threads came up someone said that the protein level may go down or something. But for all I know that could have been not a serious comment :o

    I ate some that was like 2.5 years over and I was fine.

    I've had 2 month old expired protein and that shit was rancid. The first couple times I had it, I wanted to throw up
