1 of my arms is longer than the other. Runing all my gains. Do 1 arm lifts instead?

    1 of my arms is longer than the other. Ruining all my gains. Do 1 arm lifts instead?

    When I went to get my bi-weekly BF test done at the local university I decided to take some measurements. I found my right arm is .12'' longer than my left. I know this is whats slowing my gains and it's really pissing me off.

    I asked one of my med school friends (he's a serious lifter like me) and he said I could break up my right arm and have a doctor reset it so they were even. I contacted a doc and apparently they won't break it for you just for lifting so I'll have to somehow do it myself.

    OR I could try doing all 1 arm lifts. Thing is, i don't really have the time to basically all my sets since I'll have to do 1 set with the left arm then 1 set with the right arm. I really don't want to deal with that hassle so I'm 95% sure I'm going to break my arm. Kinda scary b/c I need to break it enough to where the doc can reset it.

    Only thing I can think of is to jump off my 2 story apartment onto my right arm or have one of my friends hit me a few times with a baseball bat or something.

    Anyone ever done 1 arm lifts? experiences?
