1 Month

    I've got a month until the beach. I'm already in decent shape. Was jogging/running 2.5-5mi daily up until a few weeks ago, I've gotten lazy. Was hitting the gym 5 days a week though. However, I want to fully maximize my time spent in the next month so I'm in the best shape possible for the beach. So basically, I want to kill my body for a month. Any suggestions?

    well, honestly, if you are at a low bodyfat i guess the "best" thing to do is just stay low on the carbs

    get a tan and go low carb for a month to rid yoruself of excess water weight and a few pounds of fat. if that doesn't work, just do some curls:ugh:
