Today (March 18) we went over some escapes from Kesa Gatame (scarf hold down) and also learned attacks from kesa gatame (Straight armbar, americana/judoplata, arm triangle and ezikiel).
My current weight 76.5 kg. (Need to cut down to 152 pounds for tournament on April 26. More cardio needed)
My current height 5'6" (i aint gettin any taller)
Currently: 1 stripe white belt (BJJ) and Blue belt in Judo.
I've been working on setups for the arm triangle and/or Brabo. Quickly becoming my favorite submissions. The other day we worked transitioning from side to kesa, and stepping over the head into the choke.

Drills today: 1 minute for: guard, half guard, mount (escape), side control (escape) rest of the class was pretty much a free roll.
Felt really tired and lethargic, 3rd class in a week (haven't trained in close to 1 month) feeling better, but still too slow and I had problems escaping mount and also half guard.
You seem tired lol
word, my fellow chinaman! after that i had to roll against a wrestler dude that was fresh......... not fun
March 26: 20 minute warmup - Squats, pushups, square drill, situps.
Drills today: side control ---> mount ---> s-mount armbar (another 25 minutes)
Free roll for the rest of the class, worked on my open guard with another student, lightly rolled, and got a nice flow on. Nothing too significant today, i'm weighing 166.5 pounds, 11.5 pounds to lose in a month.
Not very inspired today, but at least we had a chance to have a free roll.
