When I trained with Garry Frank last night, he started talking about 1 degree. I wasn't too sure of what he meant, but he explained it as such; at 212 degrees, what happens? Water boils and creates steam. Back in the day, steam was used in train engines. What happens at 211 degrees? Not a damn thing 1 degree makes a huge difference, Push yourself to put out that 1 degree. Not exactly verbatim, but I thought it was pretty fucking cool This was from my firend Scott, he trains with me at BAG.
