    I guess it all depends on how much time both of you take to workout,volume,exercises, and how long you guys talking shit for.

    still too much, the longest i ever go, even with like 5 is 1.5 hours, and that is rare..
    two people should make the process pretty quick if there is not much bull shitting

    2.5 is rare, usually 1.5...we got 2.5 today b/c we started talking with some peeps we know.

    About 8-12 exercises, wx12x3 or varied weights x5 in terms of sets and reps.

    I think i've read before that wating too long in between sets is counterproductive. So if your talking too much, and waiting like 5 min between sets, that might no be good.

    Oh, one other thing that is kinda time consuming is that he does a lot more weight than I do, so we change plates a lot.

    Let's say an average of 2 hour work out. This includes 10 minute cardio warm-up, plate changing, and periodic extended break (Two 5 minute breaks, tops).

    Considering those factors...too much?

    just came back from my usual 45-60min. nobody is there dicking around so it's quick and heavy with plenty of stretching time thrown in.

    i go for 1.5-2 hours depending on how busy it is in there. seeing much better gains than when I used to go for 45-60 min

    When working out w/my friend, we usually get done in 1.5 to 2 hours.

    i worked 10 hrs today, but i took a 2 hr lunch, and 3 1 hr breaks, and talked to some friends for another few hrs.. but, i worked for 10 hrs.

    45 minutes is where its at

    no warmup (maybe an easy set or some plyo )
    no cardio
