    01/01/06

    5RM SQ 210
    5RM DL 220
    total 630 :ugh:

    umm, i was about 143 or so. probably pulling 255, squatting 225, benching who the fuck knows. and i'm now i'm pulling 345+, squatting 300, benching who the fuck knows. i havn't maxed in almost 2 months. i'm up to 163, and staying lean.

    gains are comming. hopefully i'm quite a bit higher by the time track season comes around.

    I dunno. I've had a slew of personal bullshit the past few months. I'm single and completely clear again as training will resume back to the intensity I was at last December.

    All I can say is my deadlift has improved to a whopping 255 :coold:

    Dropped 30 pounds, 195-->165, starting to bulk again.

    Went back into the gym today and lost a lot of strength from the cut :wtc:

    Took a drink with me during my workout today and sipped on it... 30 g dextrose, 20 g protein isolate, i dont know if it was placebo or what but I felt like I had so much fucking energy.

    3-Board Bench: 405x1 and spotters hands were on it
    D: 485 x 1


    Most Recently:

    bodyweight: 285ish

    S: 585 x 1
    3-Board: 405 x 3, paused reps
    D: 570ish x 1


    Goals for the rest of the year...

    - go at least 750/515/615 1880 Total on June 10th in 275 or 308
    - bench 540, deadlift 650 in August @ 275
    - hit bodyweight of 255 by december, increase total
    - stay natural
    - have more self control when it comes to drinking
    - completely kick dipping, no more dippin on the weekends bullshit
    - be able to run without dying

    By the end of the year...
    1. Get my bench up, ultimately, i NEED to be repping 225.
    2. Get SQ & DL near or in the 300 neighborhood
    3. Get bodyweight to a lean 180-185.

    Finished off my massive fat loss around on february 28th. Lost 5-10lbs in those two months to put me at around 170.

    I've been bulking since then. Added 50lbs to my squat and deadlift 5RMs, and 25lbs to my bench. I weigh around 180-185.

    None of my numbers really increased too much since I have not been doing any max outs... However I did get 315 for set a 5 on decline last Monday which I have not done before.

    I started my cut in late Feb. and as of now I am down 15lbs and probably a good 3-4% b/f. By July I am hoping to be down another 6-8lbs and 3% less on b/f without losing any muscle/strength.

    Added 40lbs to my DL, 70lbs to my squat, and lost about 60 on my bench.

    Broke my jaw and had unrelated jaw surgery a couple weeks later, had my shiz wired shut for a month and had to wear an oral splint for another month, so essentially I lived off of ensure and, for the second month, mashed potatoes and such.

    Went from 178ish to 154.

    Got the splint off on march 7... added about 18 lbs back in the ~8 weeks since then, weighed in at 172 the other day at my natural weight. Looking to gain a good pound per week or two from here and hopefully hit 200 by the end of the year with my current bodyfat of around 10% (i've never seen it go above where it's at now, I'm practically back to normal except my legs are a little skinnier than they used to be).


    I think my ideal weight with my narrow frame would be around 200 for muay thai which is my obsession, but I'm a powerful striker at 180 and I don't really mind being a stick, so hitting 200 isn't really a goal just something I'd enjoy.

    208lb, ~20% BF (I had been working out for 1.5 months at this point)
    Flat DB benchpress: 50
    Deadlifts: 95 (just started)
    Squats: 65 (just started)

    Today
    209lb, ~17% BF
    Flat DB: 80 +30 per arm
    Deadlifts: 275 +180
    Squats: 205 +140

    I've been cutting for ~2 weeks now too.

    Benchpress: 240x1

    Lately my squat has gone down (I've stopped because of it), deadlifts are probably up, and benchpress might be up 5lbs since that PR (2 months).
