Ok OT I am looking to upgrade my 06 TSX sound system to something better, I like what it has now but it rattles the doors sometimes and what not and just doesn't sound good enough for me (I like clearness, being able to play my music loud and clear, some nice bass, etc.)

Anyways, I mostly listen to rap but do listen to everything so I want something that has nice bass but I am not really into the whole rattle my trunk and shit kinda bass, just want it to be nice with the vocals...

6 speaker system but to be honest I am not sure exactly what size they all are, I think 6" ...

Any suggestions on a nice system for what I am looking for? Price isn't really a problem but trying to spend less than $1,200 .... and I have an amp 450 or 650W (I forget, took it out of my jeep before I bought this a year ago) and two 12" subs (also from my jeep) if need be to keep it under 1200.....

    Thanks OT

I also have some Infinity speakers that I had in my jeep too sitting around

the amp was I think Kenwood 450W , wasn't the greatest but got the job done. The subs are 12" rockford fosgates...

I did like the infinity's in my jeep when I had them but that's all really, I think I had some jbls in there too but those got blown out in my jeep.... I heard Alpine's are pretty nice as I was reading an acura forum about this as well... do you have any you suggest?

Keep stock rears as a good set of fronts is all you need since music is in 2-channels (front left and right)

380 (looks to be a good deal for what you want in your price range)

    Front Amp: http://www.mobilesq.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=26_46_49&products_id=78

    280.50 (DLS makes GREAT amps)

    sub:
http://www.soundsplinter.com/rlp12_subwoofer_information.html you might want to consider the 15 as well, get the D2 voice coils (dual 2 ohm)

    250

    sub amp:

i'm going to assume they're 6.5 right? so i was thinking about it and i don't know if its too late but how about focal v1 6.5" componets? they sound pretty nice and they're about 200 bucks i think? i got mine for 150 i think(i can't remember i bought them a while ago), but they're sound is pretty good.
