is there any considerable value in modding this car without spending an outrageous amount of money? basic bolt-ons like an intake and exhaust is all i'm thinkin about. i care more for performance benefits than an aggressive exhaust note but that'd be a good secondary benefit. just wouldn't be worth it for this car to spend what it costs for a full cat-back system, for example, if all i'm getting is a louder car and little to no power gains. thanks for the help.

performance mods are nothing without proper tuning.
Not much it out tuning-wise for the V6 accord.
    I'd not bother.

I just test drove an 03 Accord V6 6MT, it was modified with Injen CAI and a Magnaflow exhaust. Sounded pretty sweet and was pretty quick. I am also in the market for one of these bad boys.

From what i've read (v6performace.net), CAI ~ 6hp, catback ~10hp.....so i'm not sure if that is much of a benefit. Obviously the easiest way to make HP is forced induction.....

the only way to find out how much horsepower they really make with mods is by checking out the forums for that specific car and seeing people who dynoed those mods

you could get a comptech supercharger

pricey, but will put your car in the low 12's
