Not really a noob question IMO...
    A few reasons actually...
    1) Lately I've been reading that legs may have a higher percentage of slow twitch muscle fibres.
    2) I have some lower back problems. I shouldn't probably be doing squats or overhead squats at all but I figure the higher reps make it a little easier on the lower back.
    3) Just experimenting.

Off day, tomoz is back and bi's.

I so fucking wish my gym had some method of weighted pull-ups, I have to use the squat rack as a chin bar for pull-ups.

I'm gunno slot in abs and calves aswell, as I don't have college tomoz I can kill as much time in the gym as needs be.

Sounds logical, but tbh I could hold maybe two 10KG's at best, not much weight.

I'll try that tommorow, though, cheers dude :wiggle:.
